Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Access Management in Vance, AL to safeguard clients across automotive facilities. You will monitor patrols, control access points, and provide courteous service while documenting observations with our technology.

This full-time unarmed role requires strong customer service, basic computer skills, and the ability to work night shifts. We offer training, smart shift access, and benefits as part of joining Allied Universal.

Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at an automotive location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of automotive facilities, parking areas, vehicle storage areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Assist with controlling vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow during normal operations, deliveries, special events, and emergency situations.
