Job summary

Allied Universal in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Customer Service Patrol. You will protect clients across healthcare locations, provide a visible presence to deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.

This full-time position offers daytime and overnight shifts with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour. You will perform routine patrols, monitor access points, respond to incidents, and document observations while upholding Allied

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and restricted areas.
• Document observations and incidents accurately and escalate concerns appropriately.
