Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Response in Bowling Green, KY. You will patrol and safeguard healthcare facilities, maintain a visible presence, and deliver excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.

This full-time role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and a patient-focused security approach. The position requires basic requirements and a readiness to respond to emergencies, with a schedule that includes Day/Evening shifts and overnight coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Assist with access control, visitor management, and directions in patient areas and public spaces.
• Document incidents and communicate findings to site leadership and responders as needed.
