Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol in Bowling Green, KY. You will monitor and protect clients in healthcare locations, performing patrols, responding to incidents, and providing courteous customer service to patients and visitors.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a background check, and compliance with site policies. This is a full-time position with day and night shifts available.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare location, including building interiors, parking areas, and perimeter areas, to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Respond to incidents, medical-related emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management, directions, and adherence to site entry procedures.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
