Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, operations spaces, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor/employee entry credentials.
• Respond to incidents and document observations for management.
• Protect sensitive information and billing documentation by following procedures.
