Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and follow site-specific security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of facilities, access points, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and report security conditions and access-control concerns to site personnel and leadership.
• Maintain accurate reports, activity logs, and incident documentation per procedures.
