Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, data or equipment areas, parking, building perimeters, and other locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and support badge/property-control procedures.
• Prepare accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports and communicate observations to site leadership.
