Job summary

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Access Control/Badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate according to site protocols.
• Conduct routine and random patrols of technology-focused facilities.
• Monitor access activity and support visitor procedures.
• Complete required incident reports and shift communications per procedures.
