Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors while carrying out security procedures.
• Respond to alarms, access-control concerns, and incidents in a calm, solution-focused manner and document accordingly.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office spaces, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to identify issues.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; maintain logs and incident reports.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and leadership regarding observations and incidents.
