Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations calmly and notify appropriate contacts or responders.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas and report unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity to deter unauthorized entry and direct individuals accordingly.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate information to leadership and site personnel.
