Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Tablet Reporting Patrol in Miami, FL. You will safeguard residents and guests, patrol assigned areas, respond to incidents, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents.

Position requires strong customer service and compliance with site policies. You will work an evening schedule in a residential community and be part of a team focused on safety and integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check per federal/state/local laws; drug screening as required.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential areas, entrances, parking areas, amenities, and perimeter to identify hazards.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and delivery activity per site procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, patrols, and violations clearly and report to site management.
