Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services provider, is hiring for a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Risk Assessment Patrol in Miami, FL. You will patrol, deter incidents, and deliver customer service across a commercial real estate site, collaborating with tenants and team members to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring access, responding to incidents, and documenting shifts with detailed logs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of security-related experience.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, contractor, and delivery activity.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications; report concerns to appropriate personnel.
