Job summary

Allied Universal in Edgerton, KS is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Support. You will monitor and patrol facilities, deter security incidents, and deliver excellent customer service while engaging with employees, visitors, and vendors.

Position Type: Full Time. Pay Rate: $22.50 per hour. Schedule includes Day shifts with 05:45 AM start times and 12-hour shifts, providing a stable routine with opportunities to grow within a dynamic, service-driven team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment (where permitted by law).
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises to deter incidents.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials and documenting visitor activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, solution-oriented manner.
• Complete accurate activity reports and shift communications.
