Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, parking facilities, building entrances, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials in accordance with site procedures, and report unusual activity or access-control issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting protocols.
• Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
