Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required per state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a financial institution by following site-specific security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access concerns calmly and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; verify credentials as required and report suspicious activity.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and shift communications as required.
