Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer for a full-time unarmed risk assessment patrol in Cleveland, OH. You will monitor assigned areas, provide excellent tenant and visitor service, and deter incidents while adhering to site policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents, conducting patrols of the property, and reporting hazards to site personnel.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff while following site policies and security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access concerns calmly and document observations per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the property to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report maintenance or safety hazards to site personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the commercial property, including common areas, parking facilities, building entrances, and perimeter areas, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity at the location; report maintenance concerns, hazards, and unusual conditions to designated property personnel.
• Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
