Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer (Full Time, Unarmed) for a Risk Assessment Patrol in Cleveland, OH. You will monitor designated areas, deter incidents, and provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents, patrolling the property, and maintaining professional communication with staff and clients. A background check and drug screen are required; 18+ with a high school diploma required. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff while following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access concerns; document observations and notify personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the property, including common areas, parking, entrances and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report maintenance concerns or hazards to property personnel.
• Complete required activity reports and shift communications per site requirements.
