Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors while following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents and critical situations.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of retail areas and surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions or violations to supervision.
• Document incidents and daily activities and communicate information to site leadership.
