We are hiring a professional and competent UNARMED security officer for a multifamily (apartment) site in Katy, TX 77493. Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. from 9pm-6am. The pay rate for this position is $15.00 hourly. Working smart phone with active internet plan and a vehicle in good condition.

Responsibilities:

• Perform access controls at gates.

• Foot patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a presence.

• Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people on the property.

• Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations.

• Provide assistance to people in need.

• Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.

• Other duties not listed here but pertinent to the client sites.

Skills:
