Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor entrances and visitor activity, report unusual activity to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner following post orders and escalation procedures.
• Prepare clear incident reports and daily activity documentation.
