Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, visitor activity, and authorized access in accordance with site policies, and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and daily activity documentation, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

What You’ll Do:

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
