Qualifications

• Customer Service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles where applicable.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required in accordance with laws.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a manufacturing location by following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, access points, and facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and report access-control concerns, suspicious activity, hazards, and incidents per procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify site contacts and emergency services as needed.
• Complete accurate activity logs, patrol reports, and incident documentation with professional presence.
