Qualifications

• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, access points, and perimeter.
• Monitor and report access-control concerns and security incidents.
• Respond calmly to incidents and notify appropriate contacts/emergency services.
• Complete accurate activity logs and reports with a professional presence.
