Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and staff by following site policies and access-control protocols.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain activity logs during shifts.
