Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Unarmed Security Officer in Phoenix, AZ. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, respond to alarms, manage access control, and provide exceptional customer service to clients in a technology-focused environment.

This role emphasizes reliability, strong communication, and teamwork while supporting a secure, caring culture and flexible shift options through our Shift platform.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles (21+ for armed).
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter.
