Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with customer service preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas and monitor access points.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate with leadership and site personnel.
