As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Tablet Support in Richardson, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and assist patients, visitors, and staff with professionalism. You will communicate clearly, respond to routine concerns, and use computer or tablet tools as needed. Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as required.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to deter unauthorized entry and directing individuals to appropriate areas.
• Prepare accurate reports of incidents, observations, and interactions, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
