Qualifications

• Ability to perform unarmed patrols and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, property policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and actions according to site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, common areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and vendor authorization as directed, and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations.
• Maintain a professional presence while interacting with property management, tenants, visitors, and first responders as needed.
