Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum age: 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required.
• Licensing per state/local laws may be required.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology-focused location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, surrounding grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report access-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports, and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
