Qualifications

Background check and drug screening as required by law.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security procedures and appropriate emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property areas and surrounding perimeter.
Monitor access, verify authorization, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and follow site procedures.
Report unusual conditions and policy violations to site contacts and leadership.
