Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Reporting in Catoosa, OK. You will perform unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence, and provide high-level customer service to tenants and visitors at a commercial real estate site.

Responsibilities include monitoring access, logging incidents, and responding calmly to alarms. Minimums include a high school diploma, background check, and drug screen; a state license is preferred and a valid driver’s license may be required for driving

Qualifications

• State, county, or city-issued security license preferred.
• Site has limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property areas, construction zones, access points, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate activity logs and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Report unusual conditions, property damage, access concerns, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
