Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Patrol Compliance in Catoosa, OK. You will conduct unarmed patrols at a commercial real estate construction site, maintain a visible presence, and respond to incidents while following site policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include monitoring access, reporting activities, and delivering exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate construction location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of construction areas, building perimeters, parking areas, access points, and common areas to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized entry.
• Monitor site access by observing visitors, contractors, deliveries, and/or vehicles, and communicate access-related concerns to appropriate site contacts.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site management.
