Qualifications

• Ability to conduct routine patrols and observe for security concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors and personnel while performing security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of building areas, access points, parking, and perimeter.
• Monitor access by verifying entry and observing visitor activity; support site access control.
• Prepare clear reports on patrols and incidents per site and company requirements.
