Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Digital Records in Honolulu, HI. You will patrol, deter incidents, and provide welcoming service to tenants and staff while reporting security concerns.

This role emphasizes customer service, clear communication, and reliable shift coverage with a schedule that includes afternoon shifts. A background check and licensing requirements may apply.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued license for security-related work is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and staff by following security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating information according to established procedures.
• Conduct patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting maintenance issues, hazards, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
