Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services provider, is seeking a Security Officer (Full Time, Unarmed) for Honolulu, HI. You will monitor hotel and resort areas, patrol assigned zones, and provide welcoming service while maintaining a calm, professional presence.

Responsibilities include reporting incidents, responding to concerns, and supporting a safe environment through teamwork and integrity. Minimum requirements cover age, education, and background checks.

Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred.
• State/city security license preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check conducted in line with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Driver's license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond calmly to incidents and guest concerns, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of guest areas, parking, and entrances to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions or violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate with site contacts and responders.
