Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and management per site policies.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of the property and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor/contractor management.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations for supervision.
• Complete daily activity and incident reports for site management.
