Allied Universal in Honolulu, HI is seeking a part-time Security Officer Patrol to monitor residential buildings, deter incidents, and provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors. The role offers a flexible day schedule, unarmed patrol duties, and the chance to join a leading national security team focused on safety and community trust.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, guard card/license (preferred), CPR (preferred), and background/drug screening

Qualificações

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report observed concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, documenting incidents, maintenance concerns, and unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed by site procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
