Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and enforce site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and security concerns calmly.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas and document observations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; report suspicious activity.
• Complete logs and incident reports; communicate with leadership.
