Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required per policy.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access, verify visitor/contractor credentials, and document entries/exits.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and professionally.
• Prepare clear activity reports and shift handoffs for management.
