Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet; basic tech skills.
• Background check and drug screen as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors and employees.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, parking areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry.
• Respond to incidents and alarms; document observations and notify staff.
• Maintain detailed activity logs and incident reports.
