Qualifications

• Three years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security experience (or a college degree).
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security procedures and policies and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report unauthorized access attempts or suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; document observations and complete incident reports.
• Maintain professional communication with client representatives and Allied Universal leadership regarding security matters.
