Job summary

Prosegur is hiring an Unarmed Security Officer for overnights in Winona, MN. You will maintain a safe, secure environment for customers and staff, deliver professional customer service, and follow post instructions with strong observational skills and judgment.

Requirements include 18+, ability to pass training, HS diploma or GED, clean driving record, and excellent English communication. This is a part‑time, 2nd/3rd shift position with weekends and on‑site work.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to pass all necessary training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Clean driving record and valid driver license.
• Capable of following complex instructions.
• Willingness to participate in screening including drug screen and background check.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees with general unarmed security duties.
• Promote safety by observing, correcting, and reporting hazards.
• Understand and comply with Prosegur and client requirements and post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures.
• Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees and the public.
• Perform routine foot patrols and basic to intermediate computer skills, with strong written and oral communication.
• Work outdoors in all weather and be able to walk 1–2 miles per shift.

The Security Professional is expected to have strong observational skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to respond quickly and appropriately to various security situations. • This position will require you to be customer service oriented and havebasic tointermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills.
• You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements as an Unarmed Security Officer.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires significant physical activity throughout the shift. Officers must be able to:

Walk and stand for extended periods (including completing multiple rounds and patrols of up to 1–2 miles per shift)

Frequently climb stairs, ramps, or ladders as required by site patrol routes
