Responsibilities

• Guard, patrol, and monitor premises to prevent safety hazards, theft, violence, or rules violations.
• Enforce rules, regulations, and procedures; respond to emergencies needing security assistance.
• Escort individuals on foot or by vehicle and provide personal protection when needed.
• Draft detailed narrative reports and daily activity reports (DARs).
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous manner.
• Monitor for irregular or unusual activity.
• Secure facilities and designated areas; enforce policies.
• Investigate incidents and prepare related reports.
