Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security officer role.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license without suspensions in 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entrance and departure of employees, visitors and others to maintain security.
• Supervise inspection and tracking of inbound/outbound trucks and documentation.
• Manage traffic flow and regulate trucks/vehicles.
• Maintain visible presence to enforce order and protect property.
• Conduct patrols and surveillance to prevent hazards or infractions.
• Enforce policies and respond to emergencies; provide security assistance as required.
• Provide foot or motor vehicle escort services as needed.
• Monitor for irregular activity and address risks appropriately.
• Ensure facility and area security; enforce policies consistently.
• Conduct investigations and prepare reports.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor the entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other individuals to maintain the security and safety of the premises.
• Supervise the inspection and tracking of inbound and outbound trucks, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient shipment handling.
• Manage traffic flow and ensure proper regulation of trucks and vehicles.
• Maintain a visible presence among visitors, patrons, and employees to enforce order and protect property.
• Conduct regular patrols and surveillance of industrial or commercial premises to prevent safety hazards, theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
• Enforce rules, regulations, policies, and procedures, promptly responding to emergency situations and providing security assistance as required.
• Provide foot or motor vehicle escort services to transport individuals to specified locations, offer personal protection, or accompany individuals off customer property..
• Monitor for irregular or unusual activity, implementing appropriate measures to address any identified risks.
• Ensure the security of the facility and designated areas.
• Enforce facility and company policies and procedures consistently.
• Conduct thorough investigations of incidents and prepare comprehensive reports.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security officer role.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proficient computer skills are required..
• Must possess reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written..
• Ability to make clear decisions during crisis or high-stress periods.
• May be exposed to high levels of noise or variations in weather and temperature.
• Must be reliable, demonstrate a positive attitude, and uphold ethical behavior.
• Must be available to work swing shifts .
• Former military or Law enforcement a plus.
• Must have a valid drivers license with no suspensions within 5 yrs.
