Job summary

Prosegur Security is seeking Unarmed Security Officers for a Danbury/Ridgefield, CT area assignment. Roles are customer service driven, with on-site responsibilities at client sites and a strong emphasis on hospitality and safety.

Two shifts are available: Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7am and Saturday 7am-3pm. Starting hourly wage is 19.00. Certifications required: Security Guard Card. Benefits include Medical/Dental/Vision, Paid Vacation, 401K, and more. Full-time and part-time options.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 2 years of Security Officer experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under stress and make sound decisions.
• Security Guard Card certification or credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism.
• Resolve resident/client complaints; assist customers with inquiries about site services, hours, directions, SOPs, etc.
• Check in/out guests in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Report maintenance or equipment problems to appropriate personnel.
• Multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Always maintain a professional image and friendly demeanor.
• Monitor CCTV, Fire Alarm Panel, Access controls and assist with phone calls and packages.

Prosegur Security is looking to fill multiple Unarmed Security Officers positions that are customer service driven for one of our networks in the Danbury / Ridgefield, CT area with a strong work ethic and quality customer service skills. We are looking for Security professionals that want to grow and develop professionally in our organization.

Hourly starting wage: 19.00

Position 1: Sunday - Thursday 11p - 7am

Position 2: Saturday 7am - 3pm
