Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities in a logistics and warehouse environment.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
