Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol First Aid in Concord, NC to protect and serve at a technology-focused location. You will provide customer service, monitor access, and perform routine and random patrols while maintaining a visible presence and safety.

The role requires strong observation, report writing, and the ability to handle incidents calmly. Training and benefits accompany a full-time schedule with evening shifts.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• X‑Ray screening experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law and policy.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local law.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by following site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, surrounding areas, parking and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as required by site procedures.
• Prepare clear incident reports and communicate observations to leadership and site representatives.
