Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer in Sedalia, MO to safeguard clients across manufacturing and industrial locations. You will patrol, deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service while representing Allied Universal’s trusted culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles and 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Candidate must pass a background check and drug test as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and implement site-specific security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms following site protocols in a calm, professional manner.
• Perform regular unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, warehouses, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor authorization per site procedures.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately and communicate with site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
