Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Alarm Response Patrol for a commercial real estate site in Houston, TX. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, provide a visible presence to deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service per site procedures.

Qualifications

• Guard card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Access control experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients by carrying out security‑related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization per site procedures; report access concerns.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, following established protocols and contacting emergency services when needed.
• Document patrols and security activities in clear reports.
