Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and guests at a technology and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, data spaces, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor/contractor authorization per site procedures; report unauthorized access or unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and follow site protocols, contacting emergency services when needed.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations and communicate relevant information to leadership and site contacts.
